Fantastic Sabbath

Today was the wonderful primary program, Avery's first. She did an amazing job singing. I wish I could have video taped the program. It was to die for. Avery sang louder than any other child in the primary, as long as she knew the words. Sometimes she just sang the wrong words really loud. She was in deep concentration during the songs. Her facial expressions were hilarious. I was laughing so hard I was crying. We got many people telling us she did a great job and many people laughing with us.

Josiah just started patting his bum every time he toots or poops. It makes me giggle every time he pats his little bum. I love being a mom of 2 funny kids that make me laugh everyday!

Is your Mom or Dad home?

This evening there was a knock at the door. Avery tried to open the door and I assisted. I assumed it was a neighbor. But it was a sales guy.

He said, "Hi, is your Mom or Dad home?"

I then responded, "I am the Mom."

A little surprised, the guy responded "You look really young." and then went on to talk about what he was selling. I think he was a little embarrassed. After shutting the door I was totally appalled. "What do I look like, 15 or something?"

I keep telling myself maybe when I am 40 I will finally look 25 and then I will be happy about being told I look so young.

August

Summer has been busy and it is already over. I am not ready for it to start getting cold again. School started for Andrew and Avery last week.

Sleep

I am happy to report that sleep has resumed at our house!!!! Josiah is doing much better although his nose is very runny. i am so glad he is feeling better. He has his mischievous look back in his eyes (I thought I would never miss that look). He loves going outside any time any one opens the door he cries to outside. I am glad he is back to normal.
